THE FULFILLMENT OF GOD'S PROMISES IN OUR WAITING PERIOD
“"Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart; wait, I say, on the Lord." (Psalm 27:14 KJV)”
God's timing is perfect, and His promises are always fulfilled in His appointed time, but it requires us to wait patiently on Him.
Have you ever found yourself in a season of waiting, wondering when God will fulfill His promises? It's easy to get discouraged and lose faith when the wait seems endless. But the Bible says, 'Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart; wait, I say, on the Lord.' (Psalm 27:14)
Waiting on God is not a passive activity; it's an active choice to trust in His sovereignty and goodness. When we wait on Him, we're not just sitting around twiddling our thumbs; we're actually exercising our faith and strengthening our hearts. We're saying to God, 'I trust You, even when I don't see anything happening.'
As we wait on God, He's working behind the scenes to prepare us for the fulfillment of His promises. He's refining us, testing our faith, and building our character. And when the time is right, He'll suddenly appear and fulfill His promises in ways we never thought possible.
So, if you're in a season of waiting, don't give up. Keep waiting on the Lord, and He'll strengthen your heart and fulfill His promises in due time.
I declare that God's promises are always fulfilled in His appointed time, and I will wait patiently on Him, trusting in His sovereignty and goodness.
