GOD'S SECRET REVEALS THE RIGHT SEASON
“"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:" — Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJV)”
Divine purpose unfolds through divinely appointed seasons. When God grants a person spiritual discernment, they recognize not only what to do, but also the right time to do it.
Life is governed by seasons, and wisdom is demonstrated by discerning them correctly. Ecclesiastes 3:1 teaches that every purpose under heaven has an appointed time. A good decision made in the wrong season can produce frustration, while an act of obedience carried out at God's appointed time can yield extraordinary fruit.
God's secret in a person is the spiritual understanding that comes through fellowship with Him and submission to His Word. This is not mysterious knowledge for personal pride; it is divine wisdom that enables a believer to recognize God's direction. Joseph understood the season of abundance and prepared Egypt for famine.
The sons of Issachar understood the times and knew what Israel ought to do. In the same way, mature believers must seek discernment rather than being driven by pressure, impatience, competition, or popular opinion. Not every season is a season for public manifestation. Some seasons are for preparation, healing, learning, serving, or waiting. David was anointed king long before he occupied the throne.
During the interval, God developed his character and taught him dependence. If you despise your hidden season, you may neglect the preparation required for your appointed season. Remain sensitive to God through prayer, Scripture, wise counsel, and obedient living. Do not force doors that God has not opened, and do not remain passive when He commands you to move.
The secret of fruitful living is to walk with God closely enough to recognize His timing. When your purpose and God's season meet, grace supplies what human effort alone could never accomplish.
I declare that my spiritual eyes are open to recognize God's appointed seasons. I will not move ahead of divine timing or fall behind through fear. By the wisdom of God, I shall know what to do, act with courage, and fulfil every purpose assigned to my life, in Jesus' name! Amen.
